You’re invited: A Small Pilot. A Big Question.

TAP was born in Palestine out of a simple idea: networks can change the lives of job seekers. But our impact was never meant to stop there.

In partnership with Na’amal, an organisation upskilling refugees across Africa, TAP is running a small pilot project to support job seekers from Ethiopia, Kenya, and Sudan. These individuals are largely refugees facing crises that rarely make headlines but have displaced millions.

They have already completed IT skills training with Na’amal. They're motivated, they're skilled, and they're looking for exactly what TAP mentors offer: a connection to the global job market.

This pilot will be around 30 people with the goal of answering a simple question: can the mentorship model that's helped Palestinians build global careers work for refugees beyond the Middle East?

This is entirely an opt-in for our current mentors. Nothing about how TAP works is changing, we're simply opening a door for mentors who want to be part of this opportunity.

If that excites you, we'd love to have you involved.

TAP offers the Job Hunting Program in the MENA region, providing you with the strategies, tools, and confidence to navigate the job market and secure meaningful opportunities.
You will receive extensive guidance and mentoring to launch your career.
